Wonder why the officials didn't go to the replay?bigappleram wrote: ↑7 months ago The K State kid wasn’t innocent. He was just much more discreet about it.
The little quick punch to Garway's face was a cheap shot. Can see why nobody would see it as it was so quick.
Seeing replays now if Garway gets a 1 game suspension then so should the KSU player imho
Just reading 247friars, point was made that Garway fouled the KSU player prior to the KSU player punch. Said it Refs had called the foul on Garway that things would not have escalated to the punches. Refs can't see everything but they can go back and replay. Officiating isn't always the best at these faraway MTE's

Bad night for A-10 as teams go 3-5 with the St. Joe's loss at home especially stinging. BE didn't fare much better going 1-5.

With 12 minutes left in the game Villanova led Maryland 49-17. That was the only game interesting BE won as they went 1-5 and also 1-5 against the point spread. Don't bet on the BE teams at this point.

Can’t, my usual argument on way we can’t used to be the can’t go from near bottom to top in a one year jump. But with the complete turnover of roster, that argument is longer valid. There’s something cooking in Kingston.

I agree the K Stste player got away with a cheap shot but Dual whacked him pretty good when the guy couldn’t defend himself , I hope Dual gets @ least a couple games

Bryant is about to win @ #10 FAU. Up 11 with 5 mins left.
This is just another example why we are never ever above beating shit teams at home OOC.
Buy games, return games of H&H, MTE home games against lower conference teams, etc etc.
We can never count these games as wins, need to come to play every night.

I said a week ago, FAU will be out of the top 25 never to be heard from again, by conference play. Kept too many players, not enough upgrades

College basketball is just random
FAU couldn't hit anything all game long. Threw the ball out of bounds. Just crazy turnovers.
I do think Bryant just upgraded its head coach situation...

Not sure it's that random. How many Top 10 teams did Jim Baron beat in his URI career? How many Too 25 teams did Jim Baron beat?PeterRamTime wrote: ↑6 months agoCollege basketball is just random

Grasso probably doesn't win that game because he didn't believe in defense.
Still FAU played about as horrible as they possibly could. It's still a crazy upset.

He was a high 4* recruit out of Oklahoma, ranked #55 by ESPN.
He will probably be an All-America candidate and 1st round draft pick in 2024.
Currently averaging 21 pts/ 7.3 rebs./6 assists.
Top 10 team Creighton is fun to watch averaging 92 pts so far and limiting opponents to 62 pts.
Unfortunately for Loyola/Chicago they have to play them on Wed. 11/22.
Their best player (F) Alston may still be out because of an injury 2 games ago.
Duquesne also plays another Nebraska team on 11/22, at the undefeated Huskers who just came off a win against Oregon State.
Duquesne has also been without their center and top big Mahorcic, still recovering from knee injury.
Last season at NC State he was averaging about 9 pts/7 rebs, before getting hurt.

Re: Games of Interest - 2023-2024 MBB
Brown gave #16 USC all they could handle before falling, 71-60. In game's waning moments, Brown had numerous opportunities to tie or take the lead, but the wheels came off with 2 minutes left and Brown trailing by 2 points when senior guard Felix Kloman committed a foul and a technical foul. USC made all 4 foul shots which essentially sealed the Trojans' win. Should be interesting game when Brown comes to Ryan in early December.
