We have infamously not made the playoffs since 1985, so I wanted to see how our conference mates have fared in that time. Let's start with Delaware, New Hampshire, Maine, and Richmond. These four schools have been conference mates with us for all 38 seasons of our playoff drought.
Delaware (86, 88, 91-93, 95-97, 00, 03, 04, 07, 10, 18, 20, 22, and 23) and New Hampshire (91, 94, 04-17, 22) have each made the playoffs 17 out of the 38 seasons I'm looking at. Richmond (87, 98, 00, 05, 07-09, 14-16, 22, and 23) has made it 12 times. Maine comes in last out of this group making it "only" 8 times in these 38 years (87, 89, 01, 02, 08, 11, 13, 18). The longest drought of the core five members of the conference besides our 38 is Maine with 11 seasons between playoff appearances.
Villanova has been with us for 36 years, and they've got 16 playoff appearances (89, 91, 92, 96, 97, 01, 02, 08-10, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23)
In 31 seasons William & Mary have made the playoffs 8 times (93, 96, 01, 04, 09, 10, 15, 22)
In 29 seasons James Madison made the playoffs 16 times (94, 95, 99, 04, 06-08, 11, 14-21)
In 26 seasons Massachusetts made the playoffs 7 times (88, 90, 98, 99, 03, 06, 07)
In 19 seasons Towson made it 3 times (11, 13, 18)
In 17 seasons Northeastern made it once in 02.
In 14 seasons Connecticut made it once in 98.
In 12 seasons Boston University made it twice (93 & 94)
In 11 seasons Stony Brook (17 & 18) and Albany (19, 23) have each gone twice
In 10 seasons Elon has gone 3 times (17, 18, 22)
In 9 seasons Hofstra went once in 01.
In 2 seasons Old Dominion went twice (11 & 12)
In 2 seasons Monmouth and Hampton haven't gone
In 1 season Georgia State, Campbell, and North Carolina A & T haven't gone
We haven't gone to the playoffs in 38 seasons. Every other school that's been in the conference more than 2 seasons with us in that time has gone at least once
