Wow
Huge win over a very good Tulane team.
Keith Urgo off to a nice start as HC.
Fordham returns 4 starters, including their leading scorer.
Their only loss was to #10 ranked Arkansas.
Jersey, I just saw they put up 95 on Tulane (a good team on the road). You have to be a talented team to do that. Very impressive.
Definitely impressive win considering we lost to Tulane on a neutral floor

George Mason beats Toledo 80-73, who just easily beat Richmond by 23 points.

Davidson loses by 2 points to Delaware.

Some other A-10 teams are showing some promise. URI may well be the WORST team in the conference this season. Our Rams look like they will be fighting it out with LaSalle and St Joe's for last place.

RF1, I understand today’s game was very difficult to watch but, I believe differently. I think we will be a better team than that and will be playing better come February / March; our record won’t reflect that, however.

Well if they're 7-1 without three of their players they might be really good

I think that PRT means is that so far, they are much improved over last season.
Last season at this time, they already lost 5 games including Ball State.

Keith Dambrot is probably coaching for his job this season.

All 3 bigs that are currently missing have been averaging double-digit minutes prior to not playing.

Reece started the first 4 games, transfer from Bowling Green was a double-digit scorer 21-22.
Easley led the Dukes in rebounding last season and averaged almost 11 points.
Gunn a transfer from Div2 Lenoir-Rhyne was a 2x first team all-conference, combined for an average of 18 points his last 2 seasons there.

All 3 will be needed for frontcourt depth once they start A10 play.

Jersey, I wonder if the sickness is Grasso-itis: A condition resulting from exposure to too much offense and too little defense. 🤔

The Georgia State v Northeastern game is on NESN, if anyone is interested. Northeastern is up 14 in the 1st half.

GS is being out rebounded 25-5. Yikes!

Yes I watched it and loved the victory by Nebraska.
I lived in Lincoln for 25 years and kids went to college there.

Hoiberg's biggest victory and only win against a top 10 team on the road while at Nebraska.

The Huskers are actually better than their record at 6-3.
Their best player and big Derrick Walker just recently returned.
He scored 22 pts/ 8 rebs. against the Blue Jays.
Since returning averaging about 17 points and 10 rebounds.

To be fair Creighton's schedule has been brutal.
They beat #20 TT and #9 Arkansas.
Losses to #14 Arizonia (neutral), at #2 Texas, and a much improved in-state rival Nebraska.

UConn will definitely move up, deserved.
The BE conference play will be fun to watch.

SLU down 17 pts. to Iona with about 8 mins. left.

Getting more difficult for the A10 getting at-large bids.

Imagine how those Alumni/Boosters who floated the idea of Rick to our AD and President feel now 5 years later?

Iona blocked 13 SLU shots. This coming after Iona blocked 11 Auburn shots - so Travis knew Iona had Shot Blocking ability. 8 different SLU players had shots blocked as Iona’s quickness and defense was pointed out by Travis Ford.
SLU was favored by 1.5 points.

BC was without M. Langford but still no excuses for this loss.

Now after losses to Maine, Tarleton State, and UNH, Earl Grant and BC off to a horrible start to the season.
