Re: Spring Caravan
I am going to that one, if I can get out of work early enough. I live in Groton now, it's not that far away.
Btw, if anyone else is going, they should check out Taylor Swift's new digs near there, it's amazing. That's if you can get past the guards!

Re: Spring Caravan
So, I don't know if this is an official caravan event, but there's supposed to be an event on North(south?) Main Street in Providence on Thursday June 20. Something like a $30 cover but there would be an open bar with 30 or 40+ beers available for 3 or so hours.
Details to be shared soon on GoRhody, but book it for June 20 in Providence! Take back the capital city!

I just never know how to dress for these things.
At the Valley CC, people were in suits and ties.
Last night was another story.

Re: Spring Caravan
Geez, Blue Man, that would have to be one of those gross polyester jobs from the 70's.
Probably could find one on EBAy. You could wear it with an oversized bow tie.
I love suits, but that crap was awful in the 70's.

Re: Spring Caravan
Great event tonight. Dan introduced entire staff. Everyone was there including Luke Murray and Steven Enright. Highlights from Dan... Says last year's key word was "Relentless." This year's key word will be "Fearless." Will play an aggressive, attacking style. Says we don't run from expectations. Will play at top of league next season.

It was a great time. The location was top notch. Got to talk with coach for a few minutes. Wish the season would begin right now. Maybe I'll win the lottery and got to Italy with the team.

Re: Spring Caravan
In a quick conversation, he is high on this years recruiting class. They have also gotten recruits from areas that are new to the school.
Personally, I think the talent level is on the upswing, and there are enough returning players to make us closer to getting over the hurdle. Next year's signees [2014 grads]will be even more important toward our future success. I would love to see 5-6 wins in '13.
