R.I.P. Ryan Preston
Seems that former player Ryan Preston has passed away.
He was 24 years old. Awful.

Terrible news. God Bless Ryan's family and all of our Ram family.

Re: R.I.P. Ryan Preston
This is very sad news. My condolences to Ryan's family and friends, whose pain and hurt must be immense. So young, and in a foreign country to boot makes this even more difficult in many ways for the family. He was a part of some special teams and times at Rhode Island and will be missed and remembered fondly. Rest in Peace.

Oh shit, sad news to hear. Thoughts to his family. I found on the Eurobasket website Ryan is listed as "Issa Town (Bahrain) (2021-22)" but not sure how accurate this was.

This fund is short of its goal with only few donations in the last few days. it's time for URI fans to pony up and help Ryan's family get over the finish line. Thousands of URI fans cheered for Ryan, surely a couple of hundred can make a donation; any amount counts and you can do it anonymously if you prefer. Let's get this done!

Agreed. Saw Thorr on there as well as some ex players. Definitely also saw a lot of KBers.Obadiah wrote: ↑2 years ago This fund is short of its goal with only few donations in the last few days. it's time for URI fans to pony up and help Ryan's family get over the finish line. A few more would go a long way for a kid who gave his all and found his direction at URI like many of us did.
