Re: Tammi Reiss on the next podcast
So based on one member of Keaney Blue's suggestion I interviewed Tammi and posted podcast on the YouTube channel. And I think she knocked it out of the park and my strategy was to get out of her way and let her be Tammi Reese.
Here's a little recap
Tammy Reiss is on a roll. She finished the Atlantic 10 in 4th place when picked 11th in preseason. She had the most wins since 1995 and was named the Atlantic 10 coach of the year. Now she brings everyone back and has four star transfers coming in from Providence, Syracuse, North Carolina State and Texas A&M.

Re: Tammi Reiss on the next podcast
What a great listen, she really has a good perspective on how to build a culture and a program, she reminds me alot of Hurley when he first got here. Looks like the Lady Rams are in for a nice season and a have a very bright future, this team has a nice combination of transfers, returning players and freshman. I hope we can keep her here for a long time, she also had very complimentary things to say about Thor & Dooley and their commitment to women's sports in general at URI.

I like her philosophy about bringing in players from other programs that have already won.

What I really loved is her energy/enthusiasm and how it translates to the players, thanks again Scott.

Looking forward to Thorr Bjorn and Orion Outerbridge in October. As always you guys have the most knowledge on the players and the program and looking forward to weaving you into the conversation.

Re: Tammi Reiss on the next podcast
Many of these transfers come from inferior teams who have not won. That goes for P5 schools especially.
