If he did, then that would explain losing a game against VCU without their best player.

Only watched the 1st half of the UConn game, but final score shows Hurley must have made some good half time adjustments. What a concept...

He did...it was nip and tuck until about the under 8 time out. UConn was up 5 (iirc). Then they opened it up from there.phipsiGD'11 wrote: ↑3 years ago Only watched the 1st half of the UConn game, but final score shows Hurley must have made some good half time adjustments. What a concept...

Tonight's games that matter for our seeding are George Washington at George Mason at 6 on ESPN+ and Duquesne at La Salle at 7 on ESPN+. Our seeding is dependent on what George Mason and Duquesne do

Re: Games of interest - Rest of Season
Even worse, I caught some of the SLU/VCU halftime show and they were showing A10 teams respective resumes and we are listed as St Bona's "worst loss". Even in a "COVID" season, its just depressing to see how far we've fallen in just a few short years.Blue Man wrote: ↑3 years agoHow far we've fallen that we're scoreboard watching to see where we're going to fall in the bottom of the conference.RhowdyRam02 wrote: ↑3 years ago Tonight's games that matter for our seeding are George Washington at George Mason at 6 on ESPN+ and Duquesne at La Salle at 7 on ESPN+. Re: Games of interest - Rest of Season
I get the optics of that - but they only have 3 losses. The other two are VCU and SLU. So we are definitely their "worst loss" but I also do not think we qualify as a "bad loss"Shinze88 wrote: ↑3 years agoEven worse, I caught some of the SLU/VCU halftime show and they were showing A10 teams respective resumes and we are listed as St Bona's "worst loss". It's really not a "bad loss". It's a Q2 loss since it was at the Ryan Centerrhodylaw wrote: ↑3 years agoI get the optics of that - but they only have 3 losses. The other two are VCU and SLU. So we are definitely their "worst loss" but I also do not think we qualify as a "bad loss"

It can be their worst loss without it being a bad loss.
Their other losses are @ St Louis and @ VCU. So we are in fact their worst loss.

Also watching and its painful to compare how fluid this game is to a URI game. Makes URI look like an NEC team offensively

Tie at 28-28 and Bona goes 11-0 to end half
Surprised MCKillop didn’t foul at end only had 3 team fouls came out in zone then switched to man could have taken a quick foul under 10 secs

I'm more concerned about the A10 being a multiple bid league. We suck this year but it's important this league is valued.Jersey77 wrote: ↑3 years agoIf Bonnies keep winning and "Dance", Mark Schmidt's price tag will keep going up.theblueram wrote: ↑3 years ago Nice win by the Bonnies. Not sure how many A10 teams will Dance this year, but our conference is very well respected around the basketball community. Unfortunately there is a very big bias towards the P5 schools among the committee members.theblueram wrote: ↑3 years agoI'm more concerned about the A10 being a multiple bid league. That would be the best case scenario, especially if it was us.
Curious to see Richmond's situation if they win out and have a deep run in the A10T.

Doesn't matter. Three bids keeps the A10 solid. I don't see us getting it but 3 is great for the conference.Jersey77 wrote: ↑3 years agoThat would be the best case scenario, especially if it was us.

Possible but in that scenario it’s possible one of those teams gets screwed and still get 2 bids depends what happens in other conferencestheblueram wrote: ↑3 years agoDoesn't matter. Three bids keeps the A10 solid. I don't see us getting it but 3 is great for the conference.
