Re: 1/3 | Saint Joseph’s | 4:30PM (NBCSN)
ramster, thanks for reminding me about turnovers and the defense. The replay clearly shows how porous our defense was at times, allowing the Hawks to get easy lay-ups. One minute the defense was great, the next it was crap. Our signature traits once were great defense and ball control marked by low turnovers. Not anymore. On our home court we have 20 TO's in the last two games. In only two of ten games so far have the assists to turnover ratio been above 1 - Seton Hall and Davidson games. Our turnovers go from a low of 8 versus Seton Hall to 24 versus SBU. The mark of street ball game is low assists and lots of turnovers. I hope in practice they are working on these flaws because it needs to change to beat the better teams in the A-10.

Obadiah,
We have an Assists to Turnovers Ratio of .76 which is 2nd last in A10
There are 7 A10 Teams above 1.0 Assists to Turnovers
Incredibly we have only 1 player with more Assists than Turnovers
We are 13th in the A10 in Assists per Game
We don’t pass very well or very often. Similar issue we had last year.

St Joes should have definitely fouled in the back court and that player needs to avoid contact when Fatts is taking an off balance 3 , we will take it though

Yeah but was he that clutch? Idk I just felt Jimmy was an obvious answer and chose Silk because I wasn't alive then and I feel like he was probably pretty clutch.rhodyrudder wrote: ↑3 years agohuh?
can't imagine he means any one but jimmy...
silk lost a game at mass from the line iirc, but he's still one of the greatest of the greats...
but jimmy is the greatest shooter of all time in Rhody history

Actually, it's at the end of his hand, which is attached to his arm. Reminds me of a song.
