Tough break for Charles and WKU, but this games loses it's luster and should be an easy win now.

This sucks, but I’m not surprised. I was watching the game and you could tell right away it looked bad. I feel bad for the kid.

I agree it is a big loss for WKU but they still beat Arkansas after he got hurt.
They still have 4 other starters that all avg 10+ ppg led by Hollingsworth who had 23 against Arkansas.

WKU next plays an exhibition game versus non D1 Kentucky Wesleyan before their 12/21/19 visit to Kingston. The Hilltoppers are currently 6-3 (D1 only) after the Arkansas win with losses coming against Bowling Green, Louisville, and Wright State.

WKU game is a Purple Out. Do you think that means we need to wear our own purple shirts, or that they will provide purple shirts like they provided blue ones at PC game.

Purple is the color for Alzheimers research.
Guessing Tom Ryan is supporting this. He is involved in Alzheimer fundraising. One of his parents had Alzheimers. His recent major gift includes $24 million for the George & Anne Ryan Institute for Neuroscience. This could be President Dooley’s appreciation to Tom and his wife.
From the Ryan Gift Announcement:
“This new gift will propel interdisciplinary research and outreach efforts aimed at improving the treatment of disorders like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and ALS,” said Provost Donald H. DeHayes. “It will explore new treatments, therapies and strategies for addressing heart-wrenching neurodegenerative diseases and also enhance our national and international prominence in the
