Here is the first round game schedule with times plus lets you know who the announcers will be.
Some of you might want to highlight the Ally Laforce games

While we wait for the games, Parrish, Norlander and Veccine torched the Selection Committee in today's podcast. They called this the worst seeding and bracketing ever seen.

Even Lunardi is questioning the committee's objectivity.
A lot of people are pissed. The A10 board is on fire.
Tulsa's AD is friends with the head of the committee.
Something's rotten in Denmark. Nothing really new, but it's getting worse.
On the Bracket Matrix, ZERO out of 80 had Tulsa in. 71 had the Bonnies in.

Rioting and looting should ensue.....
Really, there should be some kind of boycott.
When they announced Tulsa in, everybody where I was knew the Bonnies weren't getting in, and couldn't believe it.

Someone on the selection show called the standards as a moving target. Changes every year.

They [the committee] can twist things to look the way they want.
Some standards apply to certain schools, others to other schools.
Mid majors are going to get hosed more often than not.
It's the P5 conferences' sandbox, they get to decide who plays in it.

Parrish tweeted out that every P5 school with a sub-54 RPI made the tournament. EIGHT teams from non-P5 schools with sub-54 RPIs were left out.

How about Syracuse with a laughable 71 RPI? I think Vanderbilt was a 61.
Holy snikees Batman, that really sucks!

Interesting
Chattanooga has a great up and coming coach and very dangerous. Beat Dayton at Dayton and we know it takes a great team to do that
Northern Illinois, Florida Gulf Coast, SDSU all capable
But what about Cal Bakersfield under Rod Barnes gets the first NCAA bid in school history as they were a D2 school not all that long ago

PC isn't beating NC if they get there.
Bentil will be tough, but he'll be outnumbered.
Dunn will have to come up huge if they want to hang with them.
Of course, teams who have very good PG's are always dangerous in the Dance.

The key for PC is the 3rd scorer....when they get a big night from a third guy they can beat a lot of teams.

True, PC's bench came up big in the Villanova game, keeping them close after Bentil went out.
Actually BB had a rare bad game, his leg was bothering him.
Lindsey seems to be coming on too.....and Bullock played well.
I could see them giving Carolina a tough time, but not enough in the end.

I think Yale is going to pull this one out. Great upset if it happens. UALR is a tough team and also could pull the 12 seed vs 5 seed upset

NC isn't having any fun so far tonight.
I'd be shocked if they lost, but it's still fun to see the some of the blue bloods struggle.....
UConn's run will end Saturday.....sorry 208.
They haven't shown they can play TWO good halves....that's what they will need if they want to be there at the end of that game.
I will say this, they are amazing at the FT line.....

That would be nice, ramster......
No way do we lose to them next season.....especially if he goes pro.
208, if you're talking about Yale, the kid who shot 11-11 won them the game, but a couple others almost cost them by bricking a few late too......
One guy shot 2 line drives, and another missed the rim entirely with 6.8 seconds to go and Yale up 2, good thing the Baylor kid lost the ball driving to the hoop after that...

The well documented topic of foul shooting was the downfall of USC tonight. Missed 3 front ends of 1-and-1's in the final 2 minutes tonight. PC reaped the benefits.

PC gets a gift but they won't be around after Sunday unless they play a hell of a lot better.
Some of these P5 teams should have stayed home. Vitale got it right.
There should be a limit on how many invites a P5 league can get. These 6th/7th place teams have no business being there.
