"Committed" seems like an ironic descriptor for him...
Mobley was fouled.

Do parents get to sit behind the bench at Coastal Carolina?

He's a fairly talented young man. And a good kid on the surface. But obviously immature and some issues with his "handlers"

Bray should feel right at home at CCU. They were 11-20 the past season and lost 11 of their last 12 games. They averaged about 1400 fans per game. For him to turn this move into a win means he has to completely change his attitude, not to mention the behavior of his out-of-control family and that is no walk in the park.

Could have been a cornerstone here. What a wasted opportunity.Obadiah wrote: ↑1 year ago Bray should feel right at home at CCU. They were 11-20 the past season and lost 11 of their last 12 games. Real, progress for him, aside from their record, CCU made us look good last year- Sagarin had the ranked at 286. Congratulations Bray Et Al for having your career moving forward. !!Obadiah wrote: ↑1 year ago Bray should feel right at home at CCU. Re: The Men's Basketball Transfer Carousel 2023-24
From Bonaventure message board Pride is visiting Olean today
Looking back at Verbal Commits Bonaventure offered Pride 2 days before Bryant offered back in 2019. His final offer was Bryant which he accepted. Some on Bona Board are saying they don't know why Bonaventure never offered.
Olean is 3 hours from Syracuse. Pride is from Syracuse.
Some players take their Grad Year / 5th year to return back home to more familiar surroundings closer to family and friends. Could be the case for Pride. Schmidt could close on Pride today. He could emphasize that coming home storyline.

Iona, Villanova, and LaSalle all responded to his tweet. Are we still in on him?

I know URI was in contact but I don't think they're really in play. Not even sure he visited. Iona seems to be the favorite.bigappleram wrote: ↑1 year ago Are we in play here Smarty? Or just an fyi that he is committing soon.

Re: The Men's Basketball Transfer Carousel 2023-24
Seems like an exciting player, intense defender, definitely not a shooter, but can still hit 79.2% from the line.
I wouldn't say no, but at the same time, I'll get over it pretty quickly if he chooses elsewhere.

I think it was either Jaden House or him. Going to say Iona here

Oh, then we already got the better of the two, imo. Zid is an excellent defender and exciting finisher at the rim, but House has many more intangibles to him, including on court leadership.

Re: The Men's Basketball Transfer Carousel 2023-24
I got to Mike just a little bit years ago. Knows his stuff. But I don't agree with him here. He should ask himself why did he fall in love with covering college hoops in the first place? (I'm guessing for many of the same reasons we did.) If he likes NBA free agency so much, then he should be an NBA beat reporter instead of college hoops.

Good memory, 78. I don’t recall the name but it was around a month ago or maybe two. I think Rhody was still playing when the speculation first surfaced.
Start your engines and let the speculation begin….again.

Re: The Men's Basketball Transfer Carousel 2023-24
Just a recap of some bigs available that would be of interest and maybe not totally unreasonable:
Yetna (SH), Davis (SH), Hudson (GSU), Foster (Monmouth), Dean (GW), Sunahara (NSE).
2023 recruit Brandon Gardner might be too big of a reach.
Maybe even welcome back Alex.
This is all total speculation and no idea of any mutual interest.

He was the second leading scorer in America.
Yes he’s out of our league.

Against us he had 12 pts/ 7 rebs.
His shooting was off but 7-8 FT.

Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up there.

Ant seems more relevant here than Holimon? I mean, way more people are probably familiar with Ant than Adamte...?

I would have liked Charles Pride here, liked the edge he played with.
