Pre Season All CAA
Good representation.
Look for Wes Neal also to make a move.

Re: Pre Season All CAA
Great to have 4 players selected, 2 on offense, 2 on defense
Could be some surprises from the incoming transfers from FBS and FCS teams.

I see Wes Neal dominating this league this year. He was really good last year and he is stronger and more fit now. He might be the best defensive player in the league.

Picked to finish third behind Villanova and Delaware. TE Caleb Warren, OL Nick Correia, and CB Jordan Jones made the preseason all-conference team. QB Kasim Hill and LB Evan Stewart were honorable mentions

Yeah he might be someone we have a hard time keeping here for four years. If you can come in as a true freshman, start on the d-line and then have 5 tackles for loss in your second game then you just might belong in the FBS lol

Re: Pre Season All CAA
That was not a surprise. We knew Neal was capable of that type of performance when he chose to come to URI in the first place. So the reasons he chose URI from High School are the same reasons he would chose to stay at URI.PeterRamTime wrote: ↑1 year agoBillyboy78 wrote: ↑1 year ago I see Wes Neal dominating this league this year. If a power 5 team comes calling there's going to be a good chance he bolts.
