Good listen the hosts posed some good questions. Coach Flem seems to really believe in the program. Interesting he mentioned Bryant’s facilities as something to note about that program. Is Meade considered the worst of the three FSC programs in RI?

Bryant's added a video board to their stadium, so that's one issue where URI is clearly behind the other two schools

I heard Rhody has/had new board coming in (?),it got jammed up due to Covid and contracts expiring.
Learfield was going to pay for it. Advertising dried up. its out for bid again?
Also,doesn't Daktronics finds sponsors/advertisers for the schools to help cover the cost of it?
It would seem doable.

I would doubt that Daktronics would find advertisers for us, they're only the scoreboard manufacturer

Well there you go. Felt like we would have just used our existing connections through Learfield instead of separate advertisers Daktronics

Does it even matter at this point? Everyone knows the west stands are bad and unless the state kicks in $$ we’re stuck with what we have. Raising $9M for a B-ball practice facility is a lot easier than $30M+ (and getting more expensive everyday) for a grandstand.

An actual capital campaign can pay for a new scoreboard but of course there wasn’t one.

For now I’ll take beating those two teams again this season.
