Of all the problems this team has had this year, these three players are my biggest disappointment. If they are below average versions of what we expected, we win 5 more games on the schedule. They have been completely inconsistent and perplexing players all season. They are also the key to next season, a group of solid wing players who can defend and shoot threes would make this team really good.

He’s the most bizarre/confusing one. Wonder if it had to do with the waiver process getting approved later? Was he not practicing at full speed? I remember an Instagram post a week before waivers got approved that he had lost 15 pounds and was focused on the weight room

Also as somewhat alluded to - I’m sure it’s an adjustment going from being the guy to the 3rd guard option (at best). Rhythm is sometimes a players best friend

Carey was also a volatile recruit (albeit disappointing how bad he’s translated), Malik averaged single digits in a lower conference, DJ is a better pure shooter.
