the final 3 was all set up by Davidson fighting harder for a loose ball. this team doesn't seem to go after it like previous URI teams. we lost the WKU game because we couldn't secure a loose ball that would have given us the last shot.

I like Coach Cox but I cannot recall the last time URI called a timeout and then ran a successful play like that.

How is their best shooter wide open? What did Cox tell his guys during the time out? He has been horrible in the first half with his worst blunder leaving the foul prone Mitchell in the game with 2 fouls. Believe me: Coaching 101 at any level is to take him out! WTF!
Really cannot stand to watch this ineptitude.

It was clearly a joke, the fact that Malik martin played 11 minutes is criminal (the same amount as Jalen Carey who has given you nothing tonight). Even you can't defend coach for this terrible mismanagement of the rotation. He refuses to keep the hot hand on the floor. Also what kind of play call was that out of the timeout to end the half. Rhody should be up is this game but coaching blunders once again are costing this team.

Ugly first half, too many bad stretches, sloppy play, over dribbling.

Jalen and Jeremy looked lost, not contributing, can also add DJ.

Fatts shut out, tried to force some bad shots late.

Davidson playing their brand of ball and so far out coaching us.

Cox needs to turn it around fast, get the right combinations in , and get better ball movement.

As we said in the beginning, guard the 3 pointers.

Here is the $64,000 question: do the assistants tell him about the 2 fouls on Mitchell and does he totally ignore them? And does anyone mention not to leave Lee alone and everyone forgets about it. Somebody should have been assigned to be in his face and not leave him under those circumstances at the end of the half.
What he has done in the first 20 minutes cannot be defended!!!

PS: Another Coaching 101 move--put someone on the foul line against their zone. Especially DJ.

Walker, Fatts, Carey, Sheppard are 0-10 from the field, Sheppard was abused on defense, Mckillop switching to zone was a great move, our offense is offensive
