......I don’t know if a must win, but certainly a big game in that it is A-10 road game, gives us two in row, gets us over .500 in the league, and for me see if the lineups and rotations and most importantly the mind set demonstrated against Bona sticks.....

The big question: is Ace going to the game?
Family obligations will keep me from attending. I could do an evening game, but afternoon is out for tomorrow. I hate going to games at St. Joe’s, but I feel like I might really enjoy the one this year if the Hawks can’t get it together. I never want to see players get hurt, but is it a coincidence that St. Joe’s has had major injury issues every since that game where they took out Jarvis and KI?
I’m glad Fatts got in a great game before coming home. Hope he builds on it and stays within himself in front of friends and family. It’s a very winnable game, and I think they get it easily.

Myself and another person are heading down there tonight. Should be a good one. Even if the arena is horrible.
What? You don’t like watching a game in a high school gym that vaguely smells of chlorine and reaches sauna-like temperatures as you get to the top of the bleachers?
I kind of like games at Gola Arena . The fans are more cordial than most home crowds are to the visitors . I thought about going, but
we are expecting an ice storm , so instead I can watch 4 games ( URI/Lasalle , Dayton /SBU , Davidson / Richmond and UMASS /VCU).

I do agree with your thoughts on the crowd. I’ve had some nice chats with La Salle fans about Philly basketball at their games. I also really like talking to die-hard fans of programs that don’t have huge fan bases.
Stay safe in the ice, luke! I fully expect our power to go out at some point this weekend.
I had tickets and a hotel but the weather forced me to cancel the ride down and back to Philly......I am bummed out....was looking forward to it
F*ck Alacki, DarthFriar, DirtyBeanFriar94, xCoachK, Boxworth, Friar Faithful, bicycleicycle, Matt_Keough, Patrick Norton, the Rosato brothers, and especially Benjamin Lord !

That’s the secret for Fatts - stays within hinself. I hope he doesn’t try to do too much being home.

Joked about this with Coach Cox last night. Asked if they let the guys go for a swim before they rush out to catch AMTRAK.

Post-game swim instead of a post-game lift? Go for it!

We unfourtunately could not cancel our hotel so we are taking the risk. Hopefully will get back ok.

BJ Johnson? No.
thanks Ace. looked over their roster, interesting freshmen guard Jack Clark 6ft 8 and hitting over 40% on 3's. they also have Deas another guard at 6' 6 hitting over 40% from 3. looks like they have played a lot of close games and shoot free throws well as a team. might be an interesting matchup defensively for our guards.

Key for today is Fatts to play an efficient floor game and not try to do too much in front of the hometown fans. If I’m not mistaken he had a big game there last season.

He had 10 points (4-9 FG), 5 steals & 2 TOs in 28 minutes. His most minutes last year.

......both of the calls on Harris were wrong......no?
I think his feet were on line for his defensive foul, though hard to tell. I certainly thought his offensive foul was a bad call but never saw replay. Tough to get 2 quick ones before first tv timeout though. He can’t catch a break with foul calls, it’s crazy.
