Will never happen. The only reason the A10 is trying this is because the writing is on the wall. XU has told the Big East basketball schools that they will join them in a basketball only conference if they decide to split from the football schools. If that were to happen then Dayton, SLU, Butler, and possibly GMU and VCU will join them.

The A10 knows that if they lose XU then they are in deep doodoo.
