I get it!
Also, this guy should be recruited based solely on his hair.

True we haven't really had a "hair" recruit...and now that we're deep, talented, and have a coach who is evenly filling up our recruiting sheets, we can take a flier on a guy literally just for his hair.
That and this kid is also legit.

I'm still holding out hope that Jarvis will see significant progression in his hair game. I can recognize some promise for a serious flat-top fade, and I hope Hurley and Co. can see that as well and help him achieve his potential.

funny that 4-6 weeks ago numerous posters were explaining how losing Preston was the worst thing to ever happen to the program, DHs entire body of work was being called into question, and in general the sky was falling.
now all is rosy in Kingston. Good work Coach Cox!

Hey, that's how fans are in every sport for every team.
We speak what we're feeling at the time.
It's always an emotional roller coaster ride.
That's what this board is about.

This young man is a player. Possesses great jumping ability, timing and instincts. He's already an A10 level rebounder. He works hard on his game and he flat out loves to play ball. He'll probably grow another inch or two before college. I hope we could get him to commit before he blows up in his final year. He'd be a major addition to our frontcourt.

if he committed now, have to think we look even better as a program come November. in that case I like our chances. i agree he looks like the type of player who can have a big summer and see his rankings take off, great body and potential, two premium qualities to talent evaluators.
soon we will be a program that cant be selling immediate playing time, stacking young talent. Exciting times.

Wondering if we are considering him. He is a starter on a stacked Odessa team. I wouldn't think he would come in and kill it, but could be a valuable piece, and really can run the floor/block shots.

Wanted to update my previous post- Develle has committed to JMU. My guess is the staff evaluated him and felt like he couldn't help.

They know what is on the team more than us. They have to compare everyone against what they have on the roster. Could be a good sign if a lot of these guys are considered not good enough.
Personally I would like a 4 year kid that is a hard worker and tall. A Herbert Hill type that can bloom down the line and pair with Fatts in that class. Although obviously Hill was a special type of guy to be so effective.
