Nice article by Bill Reynolds:

Bill Reynolds: URI’s Matthews flew under radar until summer camp

"He stared straight ahead, as if looking at some vision of the future only he could see, something off in the distance, as far away as a promise.
What does he see?
Is it something only he can see?
“I think I came here for a reason,” said E.C. Matthews, almost as if talking to himself. “For something bigger than me.”

Love it, EC is the man. Looking for him to break out this season against Nebraska

Bleacher Report has just recognized URI as one of the “Under-the-Radar College Basketball Teams Most Likely to Crack Top 25 in 2014-15”. The assessment states the importance of the next eight days as well as the familiar talented but young mantra.

"Every season, college basketball has one or two teams that rise from dormancy to relevancy, squads that make long-awaited charges at the NCAA Tournament and become really fun storylines along the way."

Pretty much what a lot of people thought - though I must say, Reischel certainly seems to have figured something out. Different player vs. UML and Nebraska that he was against Pace and last season. If he can continue to be the 3rd guy off the bench and provide the spark he has in the last few games, we'll be in good shape this season.

*slices into a well cooked crow and begins to chew.

Didn't think I'd ever say that about JR, but so far, I've never been happier to been proven wrong. Whatever Dan has seen in practice, Jarelle hadn't brought to the court before last week.
If you say you’re a Rhody fan, I know you are my brother. For you have suffered as I have suffered.

Does anyone have a list of the games that will air on SNY this season? Sorry if this has been posted somewhere before.
