It would be nice, if we could get some news on the extent of Hassan's injury, and the estimated time frame for his return.

They must have had results from the MRI by now.

Iverson? Not serious, but if he loses any time, or is not 100%, well there it goes......

Belichick is now in charge of the URI basketball
injury report.
You'll have to wait until the game to find out who
can and can't play.

Did I just see Arthur limping by in a paw cast?

How much of it is the program being secretive and how much is it a matter of it being Christmas break and probably not having much in the way of media contact during the break?

They've been pretty open and forthcoming every step of the way with EC's injury.

Don't have to wait. EC, Martin and Iverson will not play

EC won't play tomorrow? I'm shocked!

Wow. Can't get much worse.

I would think they will have to play uptempo somehow, if they can get any rebounds.

Of course there goes any depth.

The 4 or 5 guard offense is back!

That was in response to a previous quote that I did not repeat the quote here. quote Had to do with the tiring barrage against Hurley, that is the reason for including the obviously out EC. Now arguably our 3 best players on the roster out, and our 3 best rebounders.

But on the plus side it will be interesting to see Thompson and especially Akele with huge minutes tomorrow night.

We still should take care of Brown.

I totally agree with the Thompson reference...would love to see him get a dozen shots or more.
And the anti-Hurley stuff is waaay beyond tiring...he's still the main thing holding the whole thing together.

At the end of the brown game, hass was walking very gingerly in his boot as they were shaking hands.

I noticed that, but Iverson was walking without a limp. I'm guessing he will be playing against St Louis. Hope Hass gets back soon, he was really missed on D last night. Brown drove the lane with little fear, haven't seen that in a while.

Koch said Iverson will likely be a game time decision Saturday. Seems like a decent chance he at least gives it a go.

Based on what I saw last night there is virtually no way Hass plays on Saturday. Also, I would think there is a great chance that KI will be playing.

St Louis is not a very good team. Hurley may try not to use Iverson or Martin if he can get by without them. The next game however is against a better A-10 team in Richmond. I would think Iverson would be a given and they would try to get Martin in if he can go. Rhody will likely need them for the game with the Spiders.

We can beat St. Louis without both of them. Glad we get them to start off A-10 play. Crazy how they've fallen from the top to the bottom the last couple years.
Might as well play them without Iverson as well, if Dan thinks we can pull it out, as he might have more confidence in us doing that since Berry did so well. Gonna need Kuran against Richmond however.

For Hass, it is difficult to do little more than hobble with a boot on your foot. Iverson was in sneakers.

If Hass can't jump, I'd rather see AB on the floor.

Sit Hass till he's back to 100%, that's a no brainer. Anybody know his status for Richmond?

duh

Just wondering if we'll be seeing him play this Tuesday

I can't imagine he'd be very close to 100%
He was barely walking in a boot Tuesday. Even if he wants to play I'd still sit him. Maybe play him for st Joe's. I think it's always best to make sure you're 100% or at least close to it if you wanna play. Re injury is not worth it. Hopefully Kuran will be a lot better by Tuesday

#URI forward Hassan Martin (left ankle) limited participant in practice today. Will be game time decision Tuesday against Richmond. #Rams
1:40pm - 4 Jan 16.......per Koch.
