We won't be playing 12 guys, no way.
But it will be interesting with the guys that we know of coming in, plus at least a big man recruit.
We have our core 4, add Iverson, and there's the likely top 5 in minutes.
Then add the as yet unknown big, Thompson, Butts, Earl, and Biggie.
That's 10. JR and Butler will be garbage time players for the most part.
#13 is Oneykaba if he stays, or another recruit, likely a PG.
Enough minutes to go around? This year Dan went with a 6 man rotation when he could. Fouls threw that out the window a lot of times.
Next year, I can see a 8-9 man rotation. Foul trouble shouldn't hurt us as much, as long as the new guys are as good as hoped.

Re: Jarvis Garrett Our PG
Some teams, like Purdue and Virginia and Kansas and VCU, go deep and it works (10 in double digit minutes). Other teams, like Memphis, play a lot of guys a ton because they're searching for something that works. It's not about what most teams do, it's about what works for a given roster. But, we don't even know what next year's roster is or, for sure, who the 5th starter will be.
