I would like us to get a point guard and change his role on the team. I'd like him more as a scoring guard who does not dominate the ball. His usage rate is insane for his ability.

That's not that hard to do. Our bigs are soft as pudding.

We didn’t quit as usual and that’s admirable. Shot great from the line.

Other than that, not enough from Ish and the bench - other than Weston. The D struggled. Too many mental breakdowns and sloppy play.

For me, a step back versus a lesser opponent compared to last game. But, it’s a rebuilding year and improvement isn’t always linear - as others have rightly pointed out.

ETA: excellent scoring game from Carey. We needed it with Ish struggling to try to stay in striking distance. Some good D and

All these games to me have become pretty meaningless. Give me Leggett, Bilau, Weston and maybe Freeman and leave the door for the rest of the guys to leave. Freeman has talent, but doesn’t seem like a guy you win with. I don’t get how people think we are going every time we play? I think we have a very low amount of talent on the team, but also haven’t seen Archie pull off much magic this year other than the Dayton game. His use of the lineups and playing Thomas and Martin are very questionable.

I am glad I don’t bet, Jersey. I would have been tempted to bet Rhody due to what I considered a good spot win opportunity: GM not playing well; a key GM shooter out; Rhody coming off a solid effort against SLU; some coaching adjustments from our first GM game.
