Pookie Powell drilled a 3 pointer with 39 seconds ticks left in game to contribute to La Salle's comeback win over previously undefeated Temple, 87-83. A-10 goes 3-0 on the day.

In a mythical Quahog Cup game, Brown was able to fend off a brief second half Bryant lead to beat the Bulldogs, 81-67.

Huge win for La Salle. Temple has been down a little, but they came into this game 3-0 with 3 legit wins - Clemson, Auburn and Old Dominion.

Temple’s been good so far, so yeah- great win for La Salle. They had to come back from fairly significant deficits multiple times to win. There’s not much better in non-tournament basketball than the Big 5.
UConn lost by 35 today. There seems to be an element of that fan base that is getting rather restless.
