16-2 (5-1 A10) St. Joe's today on ESPNU. Tough matchup, especially if Dutat is still ineligible. St. Joe's has 4 players in double figures - Brugler 17.1, Zeigler 14.6, Smith 11.8 and Welch 11.4. Brugler shoots 56.8%, team shoots 45.1% and 80.2% (!) free throws. Will be a big win if we get it. Go Lady Rams!

Defense doesn't seem to be the problem. The problem lies in the fact that every time they bring the ball up the court they come away empty handed.

Phillips didn't play the last 5 mins of the half.

They can never seem to get the ball to DeChent.

DeBroise acts as though she thinks she's a way better point guard than she actually is. The amt of times she calls her own number only to miss is reaching the point of hero ball absurdity now.

Tammi is internally screaming to end the half.

28-21 St. Joe's at the half. They're shooting 44.4% from 3 and Rhody is 0-4. Rebounds and turnovers are even, Rhody 1-4 from the line and Phillips is 0-2 as St. Joe's is guarding her tight. Toure 8, Hyman 6, Davis 4. 42.9% to 33.3% St. Joe's in shooting.

Agree on Debroise. She misses as many layups as me. πŸ«₯

4 different St. Joe's starters hit a 3 in first half. They square up every time with great confidence. Meanwhile we're 0 for 4 from deep. That's the difference.

I don't understand why Tammi can't play two shooters at the same time. Last year they head Phillips and Rinat at the same time. Phillips and Cairns at the same time. Is Rinat really that much better than DeChent?

DeBroise steps on the baseline. Wants an explanation from someone as to what happened. Which means she has no idea what she did wrong and will do it again.

Debroise keeps the ball, steps on the line and it's 42-32 after 3. Offense stuck in the mud. Shooting 11% from 3, 50% from the line. Davis is 5 for 6 but everybody else is under 50%.

DeBroise might be good defensively, but her offense is awful. And that's why this team struggles to put up points when she is at PG.

What happened to Vital?

She's 5 foot 1. She's listed at 5'5" but that's like me saying I'm 30.

Komara one foot away from the basket with plenty of elbow room and chucks it at the backboard. I mean, c'mon

Yeah, understood, but when you have a PG who provides no offense, some offense is probably preferable
