THE EARLY LINE URI VS NORTHEASTERN

Draft Kings has the opening line out on this game as URI - 1.5 . Anyone out there willing to bet on URI in any game anymore ? Hard to believe
things have come down to this : URI only a 1.5 favorite at home against Northeastern . And this isn't even one of Northeastern's better teams .
Somehow i have to believe URI finally covers a point spread again after starting out the season well. Time to get on a roll as the conference games
are on their way next week .

Vegas Insider has it between - 1.5 and - 2 this morning , so I guess there is some money on URI but not heavy either way .

That was one of the toughest losses in awhile. Had about 8 different chances to win it. That one hurt.

Yikes...That sucks...was at the game so wasn't really paying attention to this, but just looked at the play by play. You did have a number of chances to get there first (including 2 missed FTs by Brown). Of course, Northeastern was up 14-11 and missed a FT that would have gotten them to 15 before you ever had a chance. Maybe it will make Bad Beats on Sportscenter! Hopefully you only bet 10 bucks.

Unfortunately is was much more than 10.

14-11 w/a missed FT by Northeastern. I have a chance. House fouled & buries both FTs 14-13. Brick 3 from NE. Then the rails fall off.
Green misses an easy layup. NE misses double teamed drive to basket
Green misses a bad shot & Brown gets rebound & fouled on shot attempt
Brown misses both FTs but Green gets rebound & then shot gets blocked
Miscommunication turnover for NE. Still alive
Cam throws a lazy pass into the post & NE goes down to score.
Of course URI scores on next possession

I will be back at it on Wednesday night. ha ha
