I did some extra research - real above and beyond type stuff - and did not see any references to Abu being a wizard, so, can probably nix the Ry-fi question...

Also Shaidzon and Whalers are so much better than Gansett, and one would figure they price difference would be much greater than $1 like it currently is.

why? this seems like it should be pretty easy to defend. Right? (from the article):
"...the collegiate model, which is based on uncompensated athletic participation being part of the educational experience."

Just because the NCAA used that model doesn't mean that the model they used is actually legal and based on previous verdicts it seems like the courts don't believe the model was legal. If the NCAA loses this would make the O'Bannon case look like something from a small claims court

Our strategy has been to not change the smoke detector batteries until they just randomly start chirping. Usually happens late at night and always wigs out the dog. The fun part is the trying to figure out which one to just dismantle and deal with later so you can zombie back to bed, only to hear the freekn chirp from someplace else.
I mean, there's really nothing like it for a good middle of the night annoyance.

1. Maybe to clear up the release of stats and individual player performance info in secret scrimmages you could ask why doesn't Archie Miller release anything from last year's Penn State scrimmage or this year's Harvard scrimmage, or others? Why no box score to local media? Why no score released?

2. Why doesn't URI participate in a Charity scrimmage as these are becoming more and more popular ie Ohio State at Dayton (sold out), George Mason at West Virginia........
These give the public early views of their new team and provide for rivalry games outside of the schedule. Imagine URI vs UCONN Charity Exhibition in mid October? Why not URI?


Secret scrimmages with zero info released just drives some crazy. Don't even announce the secret scrimmage at all then.

I guess I spoke too soon on this. Prices increased 43% in the Alumni lounge. A 12 oz Corona was $10.
