New ESPN bracket out today, and we're no longer in it:

https://www.espn.com/espn/feature/story ... rojections

Sacred Heart is the NEC AQ and 16 seed. We beat them 91-40 at the Ryan Center.
Maine is the America East AQ and 14 seed. We lost 59-48 in Orono.
#10/18 NC State is a 5 seed and ACC AQ. We lost 67-58 in Raleigh.
Princeton is the Ivy AQ and an 8 seed. We play them Sunday 12/3 at 1 at the Ryan Center.
St. Joseph's is the automatic qualifier. We play them Sunday 1/21 at noon at the Ryan Center and 2/24 in Philadelphia.
Davidson is the 7th team out. We play them Saturday 2/17 at 1 at the Ryan Center

We are still the A10 AQ in the College Sports Madness bracket that doesn't appear to have been updated since the preseason

College Sports Madness came out with a new bracketology yesterday:

https://www.collegesportsmadness.com/article/22284

ESPN came out with one today:

https://www.espn.com/espn/feature/story ... rojections

URI isn't figured in on either, so I'm going to take a break on games of interest for now.

George Mason is listed as the Atlantic 10 automatic qualifier in both, with no A10 teams listed on the bubble.
Sacred Heart is listed as the NEC AQ and 16 seed playing in a play-in game in both.
NC State is listed as the ACC AQ and a 2 seed in both.
Princeton is listed as a 6 seed on ESPN and is listed as the Ivy AQ and 11 seed on CSM.
Harvard is listed as the Ivy AQ and a 12 seed on ESPN but is not listed on CSM

How is that even possible?

George Mason? I think both of them when it comes to conferences that only get the AQ just go by whoever is currently in first place in the standings

They are 7-0. And it's early in the season. And some of their games... well. Came with Pillsbury Dulce de Leche frosting on top.

We’re 13-3?

I count 5 losses:

NC State
Maine
Quinnipiac
Providence
St. John’s

Gorhody.com has us as 11-5 (3-0)

I remember all of the losses, unfortunately.

Losses ranged from:

“Good” loss: NC State

“Absolute Stinkers by one point”: Quinnipiac, Providence

“Something in between”: Maine, St. John’s

With St. John’s, I don’t think the result was too too surprising, it’s just the way in which they lost that was the major problem.

Not surprised about St. Joe's.

I think as the season winds down, it will be a battle for the A10, and we will be in the mix.
We only lost at Richmond by 4 points and 3 points to St. Joe's and we were without Dutat.

We need to finish in the top 4 with 2 byes, and I am hopeful.
Let's run the table in the A10T and get an auto-bid.
Maybe this season the A10 gets multi-bids.

This team is on the upswing. With Dutat, they have the ability to win every one of their remaining games.

She has to be, by far, the most dominant women's defensive player URI has ever had. She looks like a professional athlete amongst student athletes at times. Someone had joked and called her Rodman last year, it's not really a joke anymore.
