Archie turned the team around from a very poor shooting FT team (bottom 10%?) to a top 20% shooting team. I’m optimistic that he can improve Tyson’s FT shooting.

This is a big deal. Despite having more frontcourt players than backcourt players at the moment, we have no one returning from last season who actually played that is a rebounder first. I word it like that because we don't know anything really about Foumena.

Getting someone who can actually sniff a double double was THE most pressing need. Identified by Archie and acknowledged. Filled.

Tyson Brown was our top target for that role. The first domino has fallen.
