Please tell me that's from the Onion (I know it's not). How is Ray Lewis the person you want to consult there? Was OJ Simpson not available?

The Crimson Tide hoops program is likely toast.

I saw part of the tape of Nate’s press conference on ESPN (I think it was yesterday or the day before). He did seem to be making much sense from the few minutes I watched. He didn’t look well either.

So much pressure to make that BB program anywhere near the FB program. But, this player was hanging with the wrong group, it’s hard but they are tied to where they grew up and it’s not always the preferred option for the program granted the talent is there. You can take a chance as a head coach. You see talent and you need to rely on your head recruiter to prove the student athlete is responsible and ready to perform at the levels the program dictates.

The whole thing is so upsetting. From what I know of Nate, he is a legit good guy, but what the hell is all this? I could see if he was being pressured to manage the situation in a certain way and play him, but the way he’s handling it and the things that he is saying are so off and out of bounds.

Poor handling of the situation by Oates is surprising.
It's concerning that Miller brought the gun but maybe what bothers me more was Miller parking his car so as to block the victims car from being able to drive away. That in itself seems to me to make Miller an accessory to Murder. He intentionally blocked the car in - had the victims been able to drive away the murder might have been avoided.
