Vegas has set the opening line at Georgia State - 2 . Once again , this will not be an easy game especially because it is a true road game .
- 2 seems like a fair line . After careful consideration , I'm picking the Rams to win another tight game . My reasoning is that URI has been
showing steady improvement in recent games and I am expecting some additional growth on Sunday . It is important to continue to build
momentum going into the conference season. The coach knows it and so do the players and they are starting to gain some confidence .
