The opening line on this one is to me a surprisingly close spread at Providence as a - 4 favorite . I would have expected it to be more like -6.5 .
Therefore smart money would be on PC to cover the spread . Despite this , The Rams do have a chance to win this game as they did also have against
BC but came up short .That outcome is probable this time as well but the home court could be the difference this time for URI .
