About 1:20 in he mentions that he will be speaking to Rhode Island
That video is from January, well before our current staff was here, except for Austin.
Yes, I know. I would be amazed if Archie didn't have Austin give him a breakdown of what players we have contacted in the past...Especially a kid like this that is getting a lot of looks from high majors. I would hope we would still pursue him since we have a big need at the 4 and 5.

Just checked his twitter. Archie, Duane and Benny are all following him, so I assume we're still involved.

Agree with others here. Does sound like he would be a good signing. Good height, good wing span, likes to run and probably good footwork (he played soccer when he was younger).
The header of his Twitter profile page says he's announcing on May 1st, at 7 pm.

There hasn’t been a report or any news about him since February, only reported offer is UCF, but they just added Transfer Michael Durr from Indiana, and I believe UCF returns all forwards so he’d be buried on the bench, Indiana seemed interested until they got the commitment of The 4* forward from Monteverde, other interests were Illinois, Marquette, Georgetown & Oregon. One other note is that his prep schools former head coach is now an assistant coach at OK State, other than that, that’s all I could find
If he wants to come and make an impact this would be a great place for him to come, but like I said there’s been nothing reported on him so anything could happen

Be great if this is the next stealth signing.
I hope this is the 'cough, Sunday, cough' that another poster here was referring to.

That would be me, but I said that due to Ileri commiting somewhere else suddenly out of nowhere, he had to know someone was coming soon…
Re: ‘22 France F Jeremy Foumena (URI Verbal Commit)
Coach’s Breakdown (Coach Austin Mays):
“Jeremy Foumena is one of kind. A versatile 6’11 center who can start the break, rebound at a high level, runs the floor extremely well & has a great post-up game. Jeremy has grown to improve his perimeter shooting as he’s shown he can consistently knock down elbow mid-range shots & top of the key 3’s. His 7’2 wingspan, 9’1 standing reach makes opposing teams hard to score at the rim or try to shoot over him. His love for the game is unmatched. He wants to be coached, he wants to be held accountable, & he wants to win. He is college-ready & will be a major impact to a college program.”
