Well, the regular season mercifully comes to close in Philadelphia as the Rams take on Saint Joseph’s. the Hawks look to make it a sweep over the Rams as the women’s team shocked URI Friday night in the A10 tournament. Saint Joseph’s has lost 7 in a row & after another disappointing season, coach Billy Lange is probably on the hot seat. The Hawks are locked in for the bottom four teams while URI with a win & a UMass loss they could avoid the Wednesday tournament games. 3 of their 4 conference wins have been at home for Saint Joseph’s. The Hawks have 4 players averaging double digits in scoring, led by Jordan Hall’s 14.2. If the Rams are looking to build confidence prior to the A10 tournament, playing the Hawks will help their chances of getting the win. Will it happen…ummm…probably not. I am predicting a sloppy close game. Final score Saint Joseph’s 67 – URI 65. Go Rhody!!

I remember reading an article where Reiss talked about winning the A10 tournament to the make the NCAA tournament, and thinking that a coach should never look beyond your next opponent.

When I envisioned Walker starting I thought it would be with Makhel. They seem to have a good connection together.

After watching Davidson vs Dayton, this is like watching HS basketball.

Walker was horrible vs St Louis and he starts today. He and Martin should not be shooting 3s but the coach let's em go. Walker now goes o for 2 with a flagrant foul. Way to go..............

Another uninspired URI effort vs a crap team

Getting blown out. We are hitting the bottom.

I forget who it was, but someone said that any guard could pass the ball like Thomas. If you don’t see how he makes the right pass and puts players in great spots, you’re freaking blind.

Good things happen when he’s running this offense. He’s one of the only positives of this joke of a season.

Even Cox has thrown in the towel. He hasn't called any timeouts.

Our call out of the timeout is another Mitchell holding the ball and throws up a contested jumper. How clueless is David Cox!!!
