KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island's Addison Kopack and Anthony DePino have been named to the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association's All-New England First Team, in voting conducted among the region's head coaches. Kopack also earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team honors while DePino was named to the league's All-Rookie Team.
A two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, Kopack finished the regular season leading the Atlantic 10 with a .430 batting average, a .925 slugging percentage and a 1.450 OPS in conference games. Overall, he recorded 71 hits - including 17 home runs, 13 doubles and two triples - and scored 52 runs. His 17 homers are the second most in a single season in Rhode Island history while his 32 extra-base hits tie for the fourth-best single-season total.
Additionally, the Cumberland, R.I. native drove 60 runs, tying 2009 A-10 Player of the Year Dan Rhault for URI's single-season RBI record.
DePino, a three-time Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, belted 16 home runs during his rookie season - the most ever by a Rhode Island freshman. He finished his freshman year more than halfway to URI's career record of 30. With 26 extra-base hits, his power potential was acknowledged by opposing pitchers, who combined to walk him 41 times, which set a new program record for walks in a season.
A native of Madison, Conn., DePino ended the season ranked second on the team in both slugging percentage (.635) and on-base percentage (.436).

The baseball playoffs are awesome to watch by the way. Similar to March Madness. Would be amazing to see Rhody included one day.
