Yooooog win today. But ...

I think we need to finish at least 14-4 to dance. That means 8-3 in our remaining games. Here are my predictions:

- Mason WIN
- VCU WIN
- UMass WIN
- GW WIN
- Dayton LOSS
- St. Joe's WIN
- Davidson LOSS
- Fordham WIN
- St. Louis WIN
- Dayton WIN
- UMass WIN

9-2. 15-3. LET'S DANCE!

Who's next??

After today's win I actually think URI could go 10-1 and have their only loss be against Dayton (once). This season URI has proven that they can go to VCU and St Bonnie's arenas and get wins. Those are TOUGH places to play. So I think we get the win in Davidson.

Pete, you’re my guy, but I hate threads like this lol

It sets you up to be pissed off if we don’t meet this.

While I firmly believe we are capable of achieving what you have posted, let’s just win the next, and the one after that, and so on....

Carry on brother...and I know it’s all in good fun.

DC , this teams for REAL. No need to any longer downplay expectations. This is Cyril and Jeff’s last year. There is no tomorrow. Make it F’n Happen. But with that said ONE GAME at a time.

GO RHODY!

Let’s just worry about George mason.

We did this exercise before Brown too.

One game at a time. Fire up the mason game thread so we can get nervous over there.

I agree. One game at a time. Lose to George Mason on Tuesday and everyone will change their tune including me. Just have to take care of business on Tuesday as we are certainty the better team and than on to a huge one with a great atmosphere on Friday

Longtime lurker of the forum, but an alum (Class of ‘04) and one of the original Fanatic Fans.

Now living in Charlotte, and will almost certainly be making the drive up to Davidson for this one. If we can keep the momentum going, I’m thinking it can be a win.

Heck yeah!!! But let’s not get overly cocky. Take one game at a time. Next step is 7-1, then 8-1.
VCU matches up with us well. Not going to be an easy one either second time around.

Ok i will play along. 11 games left in regular season. With some difficult games lieing ahead. 9-2 and IMO we in no matter what. 8-3 will also prb put us on correct side of bubble. Need Harris to get healthy, cant play rest of the way with 7 guys. Just keep ballin and we control our destiny. Truly believe we are 2nd best team in the A10 on paper. Wish we had a shot against richmond again to revenge that loss.

Our chances for making The Dance are far greater than the CUE app working on Friday night.

We need to take care of business Down the stretch and not lose to anyone we are not supposed to lose to. A split with Dayton would be great, and another win against VCU would be the icing on the cake. No bad losses and a good showing in the conference tournament and we will be dancing in March!!

Rhody has six games against teams currently in 9th-14th place (Mason, UMass twice, GW, St Joes & Fordham)
They have five games against teams currently in 1st-8th (Dayton twice, VCU, SLU & at Davidson)

God the bottom of this conference brings us down every year.

Can’t lose those.

I know they can lose to any team and can beat any team in the A10.
If they win the six against the bottom half and go 2-3 against the upper half, they finish 14-4 and 22-8. Go 3-2 against the top and they finish 15-3 which should be 2nd place.

It’s no coincidence that that’s how the quadrants break out, too. The initial six games you mention are all Q3 or Q4. The remaining five are Q1 or Q2.

11 games in less than 5 weeks. Health remains a big factor the rest of the way (need all 8 at least semi healthy). Any word on Harris?

Sorry but my biggest fear is Umass don’t know how but we always find a way to split the series 1-1... doesn’t help that I live right next to Amherst and have to deal with the zoo daily
