Quick Links Menu When Not Logged In

Hey Admins, quick question. I generally will check KB from my phone (which I'm not logged in on), and post from my computer. Like a lot of people (I suspect), I don't usually click into actual forums, but use the "Quick Links" menu to bring up "Active Topics". Lately though, when I click the Quick Links menu on my phone, it only gives me one option: "The Team". Is there a way to fix this? I'd rather not have to sign in every time I just want to briefly check the board.
