Re: Aaron Parker
Great summary of Parker’s career to date and NFL growing interest
Like this excerpt....
Spanning only 1,034 square miles, Rhode Island is by far the smallest state in the United States. The next closest being Delaware, which covers 1,949 square miles, but despite its small width, it arguably has one of the hottest prospect names in FCS football.
Rhode Island wide receiver Aaron Parker is the prospect located within a small state, but his name is swirling through league circles around the country. A unique story in itself, how did the Maryland wideout end up in such a small space? There's a lot that went into the seed that was planted, but now the flower has blossomed into something great.

Re: Aaron Parker
What is Parker's time in the 40? Anybody know?
That imo could be the determining factor in whether or not he plays in the NFL.
He's likely to be drafted though. Great hands...doesn't get a lot of separation at times, but catches about everything he gets his hands on.
NFL defenders are faster then CAA ones, that's for sure.

Re: Aaron Parker
Seems to me the only difference between DBs and WRs in the NFL is "hands".... then again, my FFL team is 3-6, what do I know?rambone 78 wrote: ↑4 years ago What is Parker's time in the 40? Anybody know?

Hes maybe a tad slower than you'd like.
His route running and catching ability far outweigh that.
He also made plays easily against Ohio and VT.
God knows what his numbers would be if he had a competent offense and a QB that could throw the ball downfield more.

Re: Aaron Parker
If Aaron Parker doesnt get invited to the combine then theirs literally nothing anybody from URI could ever do to get invited to that.

Re: Aaron Parker
Nice...except...I think there's a fact deficit with this line, isn't there?:
Making his first career start for the Rams, Parker scored a 23-yard game-winning touchdown to help defeat the Division 1 Kansas Jayhawks.

Also a great video on Twitter of him toasting a Michigan CB in Shrine Game practice. Cant wait to draft him in my fantasy league next year!
