I like this kid - hard nose player who can take a hit while driving to the basket and finish. could see uri going after him hard after making him an offer a couple weeks ago.

first game of 2nd session of Nike EYBL last night - Ishmael didn't have a great shooting game but watched most of the game live through their feed. He's a tough, sturdy guard, ability to get to the basket and defends fairly well - big fan and his recruitment continues to go under the radar at this point. box score below. games today at 1 and 7:45 and tomorrow at 9:45 for those interested in streaming it. would be curious what others think of his game.

also seems like a good kid from all the interviews I've seem him in, reminds of JD a bit with his maturity. St Johns High School does a nice job of developing kids.

Not sure where we are with him on recruitment, especially if Wood commits, but think he will be a good one wherever he lands.

We have a better chance than any other team in the A10. If he starts getting P5 calls, we are in trouble.

Thanks DC - any thoughts on Josiah Freeman and if you have seen him? I know we have been connected to him. Heard he can shoot very well, but not as strong in other areas.

He’s another BIG GUARD with range. I like him, seen him quite a few times as well. He’s not the best player on the team, but he will be by his senior year.

I like this kid a lot from what I have seen. He is the reverse of Wood where some people aren’t convinced that he is deserving of his high ranking. I think Leggett is either underrated or will continue to develop and rise into the mid 100’s. He looks tough.

Biggest thing I like from that video is it doesn't look like he is playing against some middle school kids that showed up for a pick up game at the YMCA like some others out there. How is the competition in that league? I know someone above mentioned his AAU team is solid.

Up over 30 spots in most recent 247 rankings coming in at 203 from 235 and up to 47 position. Appears to be having a strong spring season. Him and wood would be securing a strong backcourt for a number of years to come!

A taller Fatts with way he can get to the rim and his stats appear to show a better shooter. Would be great fit!

FD, what rankings are you referring to? 247 tweeted today thst they will be coming out with updated ratings at 3:00 pm todays based on the Spring AAU performances.

235 is his composite ranking and 203 is the individual 247 ranking. Like 83 said, rankings will updated today at 3.

Vice versa 203 was his composite 235 was 247 ranking. My bad i assumed that was previous ranking. Regardless he would fit well and would be a great fatts replacement

Wood is still 4 star on the 247 normal rankings. #107.
247 doesn’t even have us offering Leggett...but he moved to #204.
Ranking sites are fun to look at, but can’t trust this stuff.

I screwed that up as well earlier. 204 is leggett composite the updated 247 today jumped him to 231 from 235. And wood just barley dropped to a 3 star at whatever i posted above.

The reason the Composite ranking didn't change that much is because the other rating services used to calculate the Composite haven't updated recently.

Wood's 247 ranking changed from 117 to 130. He was 111 in February. Wood's Composite went from 102 in Feb to 107 today.
Leggett's 247 ranking changed from 223 (Feb) to 235. His Composite went from 192 in Feb to 204 today.
Miles' 247 ranking changed from 131 (when he entered in April ) to 148. His Composite went from 112 (April) to 125 today.

A lot of the recruiting info on 247 is out dated. They have Taelon Martin playing at a school he never went to. They don’t have Rhody making an offer to Leggett and he is taking an Official Visit this weekend.

His stock is rising, I don’t think he will commit. I think he will go on a few visits, have a Top 3-5, and commit in the fall. I do think he is ours to lose. I do think Cox can get a commitment from him without a full staff as well.

Leggett IG Story is short video of him on campus at Keaney watching the players practice. I can't tell of there is a coach participating in the practice or not.
