Adding these two players would 1. Address our two weaknesses. 2. Make us way more athletic 3. Balance the classes nicely

I like these two as a package deal!

Reese was knocking down shots against us in the scrimmage last year, looked solid.

Pretty athletic, good height.

Carrigan as a defensive specialist/good rebounder at 6'9/6'10

Heck yeah.

Reese also comes with less baggage than Sheppard, besides being higher rated.

Getting a visit is huge. Lock him up then!

I don't think we're taking both Sheppard and Reese though.

One of them plus either Carrigan or Reid.

Reese will visit with Carrigan ONLY IF Sheppard doesn't commit.

I must admit if Reese and Carrigan would commit as a package deal that would be awesome!

Not sure I understand. I have no idea who would be better between Reese or Sheppard. I’m just trying to figure out how it works if Cox really wants Reese as opposed to Sheppard.

I think the order of the visits is telling. We'll see.

Unfortunately there's a lot of risk if the staff passes on Sheppard in the hopes of getting Reese and maybe Carrigan also.

Could get nothing.

Carrigan and Reese are not a package deal. If URI offers Carrigan will accept.

If we take Sheppard we will still have an in with Reid? That might work.

Seems like some people already know who will likely commit.

The fact that Reese will visit here if Sheppard doesn't commit is a good sign there I think.

Agreed Sheppard should be a priority over Reese. Despite the rankings, Sheppard is proven against a top 6 conference...2 years ago so you would expect he has improved and probably significantly.

Who really knows the answer to a question like this? We’ve been in to see him, so that’s as a positive a sign you can look for?
