I was sitting in a conference room waiting for a meeting to start this morning and I was sort of half watching the TV in the lobby thru the glass wall and saw this come up. Two student deaths in a couple of weeks will shake a community like URI. I’d never met either of these poor people but your heart just breaks seeing that kind of news out of the blue. You know that someone you know and care about had to have known and cared about these folks. My thoughts are with anyone dealing with the pain of loss this morning.

Suhail Habeeb was a graduate student in physics from India and had been enrolled here since the fall of 2016
