Fiscal Year 2020 Capital Budget

Here is the state's newest capital budget:

URI's section is on pages 43-48 of the document, pages 61-66 of the pdf. Some highlights that don't fit into other threads:

$3.4 million this year and next to renovate the Institute for International Sport building on 138 that we've already acquired so we can use it as office space.
Third party funding will start improving the infrastructure at Peckham Farm as part of the innovation district project that passed with the second engineering referendum.
$2.2 million this year and next to expand and update Hope Dining Hall.
$62.5 million to renovate the Memorial Union. University funds of $11 million to be used in FY 2020 and 2021 and state funds of $51.5 million between FY 2021-2024.
