According to that link Trainer is done coaching. Even if he was going to continue coaching, I don't see him going from head coach here and defensive coordinator at Villanova to become d-line coach here.

Makes sense for Coniglio. He's from Ohio and was a grad asst. at Kent St.
Keegan Kennedy moved on to Harvard, so URI is without a DL coach, OL coach and recruiting coordinator.

Who knows if assistants want to coach under Fleming. 208 ha ha does he?

Harvard pays 2X what Rhody does.
This is 2nd coach they have taken.
Ryan Crawford being other one.
