Not only does it work...it's awesome. Like, old school awesome...no announcers and no graphics to give down and distance. Just the crowd noise that you'd hear if you were in the stadium. It's weird when, you have to look to the sticks on the sideline to see if they're near a first down. It's almost like, watching it this way makes you (gulp) - pay more attention. Nother huge upside - no commercials.

Rhodys Defense and Wide Receivers are dominating this game.
Easy pitch and catch. I don’t think I ever seen a group of wide outs dominant a game never mind a group of rhody wide outs! ( maybe cy butler and bobby apgar against BU one year.)

Only URI would put the brown band behind there team bench.
Really? I know URI went back to the big stands but come on.

I would really like to see end zone stands maybe 10-15 feet back from goalpost on scoreboard end zone. Then put URI band and some students there. It would really close it in. Right now it’s a big grass area and a waste of space.

Still waiting for some kind of sign that says MEADE STADIUM.

When your up 27-0 it’s little things to complain about!

I've got the Brown broadcast playing as it syncs up better with the video. Their announcer just said that Lawson is out for 4-6 weeks with the MCL

Way to shut them out!

Guys were wide open every play.

If jajuan were playing we probably would have scored 70 points.

Looks like he is in fact out a very long time.

That sucks so much.
Glad Vito played pretty well, but it's going to be very tough to win any of these road games coming up against Stony Brook, Elon, and JMU.
Hopefully if we can take care of business at home the rest of the way we can still make the playoffs.

If it’s still really bruised it’s better to keep the weight off it. Still didn’t seem like he could have played today. Good win for the boys and way to see Priore and the WR crew get theirs!

Our wide receivers are so freakin good, the separation they create makes it much easier no matter who is playing QB. At certain points they just had to tackle our guys on fly routes to prevent a big play.

Looks like they had 6,141 in attendance today per the box score listed on the CAA website. Next week is Homecoming would be nice to get 10K, although that would be mean a good portion of the crowd standing along the sidelines....I’m not seating on those old decrepit bleachers with that many people.

Yeah I heard 4 - 6 weeks with a torn MCL, I don't know why Gym Shorts kept saying Lawson might play next week but lets hope he's right. Maybe its a strained MCL and not a tear. Vito looked very good today, but Lawson is probably one of the best play makers in the league. Blowing Brown out without Lawson though really makes a statement.

Looking at the schedule if we go 3-3 the rest of the way out, our only losses would be on the road to ranked teams and an FBS opponent you gotta think that a playoff team right? I think that's attainable even with Lawson out another few weeks, this team has some talent.

I think it will take a 4-2 record to make the playoffs. 8-3 total.

I think we can win the next 2 games with Vito at QB.....but we will need Lawson back for the last 2-3 games to win a couple more, imo.

If we go 3-3 we have a chance, 4-2 and we're in. Over the last three years since FCS has had a 24 team playoff with 10 automatic qualifiers, the CAA has had four teams in each year. Each year the worst CAA record to get in was 5-3, but at the same time at least one 5-3 team was left out each season
