KeaneyBlue Site Maintenance & Upgrade COMPLETE

KeaneyBlue Members,

I tentatively plan on performing some overdue site maintenance tonight to bring the phpBB software to the latest version. During this time, the site will displaying a maintenance message or may not load at all.

All site files and database will be backed up after I lock the place down so everything will be preserved. It's possible there may be some cosmetic issues such as live banner scaling and things like that if I run out of time to set that up tonight.

If anything comes up that prevents me from attempting the updates tonight, I will set up a new window for the upcoming weekend.

I think we made it through the tricky parts... so board is back up. Just need to widen the site a bit and re-enable some enhancements previously turned off.

Is there an actual mobile app or just on a phone browser? I was using Tapatalk for a while, but it stopped working for me.

I’ve been using the browser (Safari) on my iPhone and it works fine. My only complaint is that when I try to go the first unread post in a thread it jumps back a few posts. I presume it’s a browser problem.

Can sometimes happen when the Twitter posts load a bit late. Browser gets tricked.

Definitely don’t recommend tapatalk. Site is fully mobile and tablet responsive. Just use your favorite browser on any device.

Yeah. Saw that too and reported it as a bug. It's some incompatibility with the Relative Date feature and is only seen on full size displays (not on phones/tablets).

I'm leaving it on so the developer can see the error as it's happening. Otherwise, just cosmetic.

Does anyone notice any improvement?

This is now fixed. RelativeDates was patched and the bug is gone.
