Proud to say that 2018-2019 is my first year buying season tickets. With or without Hurley, URI basketball has my unconditional support. I am really hoping that our entire fan base feels the same way. In fact, Hurley’s departure actually convinced me that next year is the year to buy in, so that we keep the ball rolling on this push forward.

From a devoted URI Alumni 2006.

Awesome! We all need to do this and spread the word. Invite friends, family, etc to get in on your season tickets, make this year an event!

The best message possible to the general public, media, players and potential 2019 recruits would be an announcement in Sept/Oct that there is a 10-15% increase in season tickets again this year.

I had such a great time going to the handful of games I did this year that I bought season tickets for me and my buddy. Can't wait until this fall!

We have season tix already, but am waiting for even better seats to open up from people that won't renew after we hire Rick P. Just hoping I can beat the rush.

The prizes are cool - but the 15% price increase for Club seats was a bit of a shock....

Nice to see. This is a little preliminary as there may be people who may still renew that have not put down a deposit yet, conversely there may be people who have put down a deposit who do not follow through.

Still nice to see a projected five percent increase in the number of season tickets sold. The drop off is going to more than likely occur in the mini plans that they offer as there is no Providence game this year.

Really like what I have seen and heard from Coach Cox. He has not coached one game yet, but if I was a betting man, I think he is going to be very successful here. He has a lot of great qualities that I think will translate to the court. He is extremely personable, intelligent, and I think he knows the game real well. The one concern, as always with an assistant, is moving to the lead chair. Relationships often change, and how he handles that will effect how successful he is.

Very confident that he will be able to do that effectively.

Deposit was at least 15% down. There is not a history of many people backing out after they put their deposit down.
I agree on the 5 game plan. I am hoping the increased excitement and good experience last year helps offset the drop off from no PC game in the 5 game plan ticket sales. I know a few people that did the 5 plan for the first time last year to get the PC game and are planning to get it again this year. It would be great to see a 10% increase in season tickets and only a slight drop off in the 5 game plan tickets.

I really hope someone down there is trying to fund a broader branding campaign for the program and this season beyond just selling tickets. Fatts is an incredibly strong asset to get butts in seats - everyone likes the little guy with the big personality. Kids love him. We should be using him, Jeff and a heralded recruiting class to win over casual fans and alums. C’mon Rhody! Seize the day.

Looks like if you buy two separate ones...that'll about cover all the games this year...
