Tyson has spoken...

Just got home, but need a reality check...I thought we saw Fatts Russell block a 3 point attempt...did we really see that, or was it the result of an effective pub strategy?

Cutting down nets in February is pretty dope, too.

What a game!!! Been a long time since we won a conference regular season title. Blessed to have seen this one. What a game and atmosphere.

may be the most fun I've ever had in the Ryan Center, the last 10 minutes were a giant party. Banner 1 on the year accompished...

Students were great tonight. They were pretty amped up in the second half.

It was a giant party in the young alumni section. So fun

As much fun as I've had at the Ry ever....goodtimes......GREAT times....

.......Rod would have loved this after the game hang around.......felt so good for everyone involved in the program.......Thanks

Wow what a second half. Until tonight I have never seen my team cut down the net in the state of Rhode Island with confetti coming down from the rafters. It was worth the wait. See you Tuesday.

Ya. Not sure how we won pizza NYGFan. We never won anything in our row until tonight. First time for everything I guess. Just like winning the regular season conference tonight. What a fun night to be at the RC

If we play the way we did for the first 7 or so minutes of the 2nd half, especially on defense, I think we can beat anyone in the country. I think we outscored them 21-4, or something like that. That stretch was just beautiful to watch.....as was the whole game....and the whole season.

Did I hear correctly...they made something like 14 shots in a row? Um, that's pretty decent.....

Two games tonight. The first 15 minutes and the last 25 minutes. In the first game Batman and Batman were Badman and NOWhereman. If first impressions matter before a national TV audience, then we laid an egg and had watchers turning to other channels. In the final 25 minutes game we were excellent on defense which ignited the offense. Jeff Dowtin took control of game 2.

Sorry seniors, but Jeff Dowtin is my team MVP this season and my choice as captain next year as a junior. The former will never happen even though he should be a first team all conference selection (my opinion) which will probably not happen either because the voters favor seniors. URI is awful when Jeff is not on the court. He makes everyone on the team better.

Really want to point out the great job the Ryan Center did tonight. The post game was really well done

Even though it wasn't the most exciting win at home that might have been the best game I've been to! Awesome atmosphere, incredible second half and a historic night!
