2018-19 Current Season schedule discussion (top post is current)

Going to come out and say it unfiltered. This schedule sucks. Sucks. Sucks. Sucks.
6 games since they played Pace on 10/25. Same amount the NY Giants have played, in a sport that plays once a week - on purpose - and takes a whole week off - on purpose. This can't be at all helpful.

But it gets better soon - not. 7 day gap for the next game, 8 days after that, 6 days after that, then 8 days then 7 days...no flow for the fans or the team. Seems it would be okay to "boo" this.... Where is that FTP emoji when you need it?

I was thinking about this today too and looked-up previous schedules...

2017 - Rhody played 8 games by Dec 10th
2016 - Rhody played their 10th game on Dec 10th (that annoying loss at Houston)

I know the numbers will wind up even (within a game or two) by the end of the season, but I think we're all used to a consistent flow of games until a layover usually between Dec 22nd/23rd and Dec 31st/Jan 2nd. Where this year there will be 3 or 4 games in that window.

The pace of things has not favored this young team in transition and the win-loss-win-loss trend that we're on reflects that.
