Kind of snarky, I liked his line about horns on the crotches.

Garrett, Dowtin Have Rams on Point

I liked this article from the gorhody site a lot. I give Jarvis Garrett a ton of credit. He can't really go starters' minutes yet but still, he has been absolutely tremendous about accepting his current role and supporting Dowtin. A team doesn't survive like they have this season without making sacrifices, and Jarvis is leading the way in doing that.

I'd also add that the local media coverage here
has been terrific.
Lead stories on 10 and 12, with reporters in
Sacramento.
Pro-Jo has been solid, too.

Agree, but it's helpful that PC is out of the picture.

Chris Disano with his usual dose of great insights on yesterday's performance.
Key stat on Dowtin from this article, 1 Turnover in the last 124 minutes of game action. That's astounding for any PG, let alone a Freshman.

Tyler Dorsey of Oregon shows his respect for Rhody. One interesting point he makes is the number of lefties we have and how that can be a tricky adjustment.

That Bill Reynolds article is garbage.

Does the paper really need to have a full paragraph listing negative subjective opinions about URI during its best moment?

Driving from Providence to Kingston is the equivalent of taking a covered wagon?

Its always the people that disparage RI that perpetuate the negative trends in the state.

I got a boot out of watching Leviton on the bench

Says a lot about the kid when all your top players ask the coach to put him on the team as a walk on

This is goofy but kids remember this kind of stuff during the tournament. I don't know much about monmouth's program, but I remember their bench celebrations haha

I don;t care, just as long as they don;t have that
hysterical brat from Northwestern, crying like
his puppy just died, over a foul call.
CBS kept showing that kid over and over after that.
The wussification of America.
There are things in life worth crying over.
A foul call isn't one of them.

The crying kid is reportedly the son of the AD at Northwestern.

The funniest thing I saw about that kid was this:

The crying Northwestern kid is now a sophomore at Duke. Feel old yet?

I'm not about to rag on a kid for crying, kids have been crying about stuff that's not that important since the beginning of time, nothing new there. However I will say the networks need to stop focusing on it so much. Again, he's a kid, leave him alone there is no need to plaster his face on the screen over and over again.
