UMass getting uncontested shots trip after trip and we can even get 1 clean look, its really not worth posting anymore, its clear how this game will go.
Nothing changes with this team/program, I cant say we've become a joke, because we've always been a joke, at least I'm looking good in the Season Prediction contest, it will be a 2 horse raise between me and ramfan85.

easy 3 pointer? It was a contested shot with Akele closing in, alot more contested than the 5 other 3's already made. It's like the offense. Good against bad teams. Mediocre against mediocre teams. Bad against good teams. They'll make this a game and might even win because UMass isn't great.

.......I would not judge the zone, yet......need to see it for a much longer of game minutes, many possessions before it should be graded......Howver, I do not think Dan will commit to those minutes....

We went to a zone with around 4 minutes remaining and down 12, we ended the half down 4 and committed only 1 foul after we went to zone, so i guess you are correct, zone was a bad decision..

What was much more important was that we started double teaming Holloway. I disagree with Hurley's decision to go zone and I also disagree with his decision to not play man to man and double Holloway from the opening tip.

I have a problem with the way they are officiating Holloway. When Shaq was playing they said that guys would get away with fouling him because he was so much bigger that refs would let it all go. Holloway gets the opposite treatment. Trying to defend him with the ball is an automatic foul in this game. I'm not sure how the refs think we are supposed to defend him.
