Question 2 would provide $25.5 million for the second phase of a project to renovate and build additions to the College of Engineering Complex at the University of Rhode Island and provide $20 million to build one or more innovation campuses affiliated with the University of Rhode Island.
The $25.5 million would be for the renovation and expansion of Bliss Hall.
